Statistics on the Register

The Register at a glance, as at 1 April 2017:   

• 416 practising licensed surveyors in Victoria (413 in 2016).
   
• 107 non-practising surveyors in Victoria (109 in 2016). 

• 5 surveyors varied their class of registration for 2017 from "practising" to "non-practising" (8 in 2016)

• 0 surveyors varied their class of registration for 2017 from "non-practising" to "practising" (0 in 2016)

• 10 surveyors (including 4 practising and 6 non-practising surveyors) did not renew their registration for 2017, and their names were subsequently removed from the Register of Licensed Surveyors, effective 1 April 2017 (5 practising and 5 non-practising in 2016).

• There are currently 14 females who are registered as practising licensed surveyors and 2 females who are registered as non-practising surveyors.
