Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria

Disciplinary Hearings

Hearings arising from Complaints

The Board presents the following list of complaints, each identified by a unique number for the information of the public and Licensed Surveyors.

The Board has determined that the name of the Licensed Surveyor will be included where a formal hearing has resulted in disciplinary action consequent to a finding of unprofessional conduct.

Please note that the Board can only address discipline of unprofessional conduct by Licensed Surveyors and that separate civil action needs to be taken if financial compensation is required.

Determinations of formal Hearing Panels are usually published here for one year after the hearing date.  There is currently no information to display.

Hearings instituted by the Board under s.23 of the Surveying Act 2004

In accordance with section 23 of the Surveying Act 2004, the Board may, of its own motion, whether or not a complaint has been made, determine to conduct a formal hearing into the professional conduct of a Licensed Surveyor without conducting a preliminary investigation.

Determinations of formal Hearing Panels are usually published here for one year after the hearing date. There are no determinations within that date range to display.
